When You Can Get a Refund

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days. The item must be in its original condition and unworn. - Received a Defective Item?
If you get a faulty or damaged piece, let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll give you a full refund or an exchange. - Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? Cancel your order before it ships, and you’ll get a full refund. - Subscription Services
For our subscription boxes, cancel within 7 days of starting your subscription for a full refund. After that, refunds are prorated based on usage.
How to Request a Refund

Processing Time
Once we approve your refund request, it usually takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
