If you decide our subscription isn’t for you, no worries! You can cancel within 7 days of starting it for a full refund. Simply contact our customer service team with your subscription details. - After 7 Days
Life happens, and we get that. You can cancel your subscription anytime after the initial 7 days. While we don’t offer a full refund after this period, we will provide a prorated refund based on the time left in your subscription cycle.
Reservation Cancellations

Plans changed? No problem! You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without any penalties. This gives us enough time to accommodate other customers and ensures you won’t be charged. - Late Cancellations
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, a cancellation fee may apply. We understand emergencies happen, so reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
